Liu Chih-kang (Kang)
A foreign-language tour leader, and a certified cook. From the heat of the pan to the pace of a tour, I believe in the same thing — just right.

Introduction
Everyone calls me Kang
I'm a Taiwan-based foreign-language tour leader, working in English and Mandarin, and I hold both Chinese- and Western-cuisine certificates. I've guided groups through most of the major countries of Europe and Asia. Over the years my definition of a good trip has stayed simple: don't rush, don't waste time — let guests really see it, taste it, and remember it.
Why "剛剛好" (just right)
"剛剛好" — just right — takes the character 剛 from my name, Liu Chih-kang. Cooking is about the heat: a minute early is underdone, a minute late is overcooked. Guiding is the same — you don't need to cram every sight in; get the rhythm right, slow down where it matters, leave space where it helps, and a trip actually stays with you. That's what I want to give every guest: a just-right pace, meeting the world.

A cooking background changes how I design food routes: not just "which restaurant is famous," but how a dish is made, its ingredients, and how it connects to local life — that's the part worth sharing with a group.
