How it works
The core is custom itinerary planning — I design the route and rhythm to be just right. Under Taiwan travel regulations, the tour itself is then operated by a partner travel agency. Two starting points both work: a client / company brings an idea, or an agency invites Kang to lead a specific group.
A｜Starting from the client's idea (custom planning)

Custom plan & proposal—— I draft the route, set the rhythm, adjust it with you until it's just right, and give a cost direction. - STEP 3
Match with a partner agency—— tours must legally be operated by a travel agency: the partner agency handles your contract, payment, insurance and paperwork. - STEP 4
On tour—— the agency runs the tour; I go along as the foreign-language tour leader and deliver the planned itinerary on the ground.
B｜Starting from an agency's invitation (leader engagement)

Agency enquiry—— an agency approaches Kang about a specific group, route and dates (itinerary can be the agency's own, or adjusted with Kang's help). - STEP 2
Align the terms—— language, dates, division of route work, key notes and the leader fee. - STEP 3
Lead the tour—— the agency runs the tour; Kang serves as its foreign-language tour leader.
Kang is a foreign-language tour leader, offering itinerary design and on-tour leadership; the contract, payment and operation of a tour are always handled by a travel agency, in line with Taiwan travel regulations. For agency enquiries, use Contact and note "agency collaboration".
FAQ
Can you do a single day or half-day guided visit?
Yes — a single-city walk or partial on-tour leadership can both be arranged.
Can you just plan the itinerary and not join the tour?
Yes — "just-right itineraries" is the planning-only option; you get the design and decide whether to run it.
How do quoting and contracts work?
I first give you a direction for the itinerary and the leader fee; the formal quote, contract and payment are issued by the partner travel agency.
